The main attractions of this trek are walking in remote parts of western Nepal, Humla and Simikot, forest and Rivers of west Nepal, life, peoples and culture of ethnic Nepali, Alpine caravans, walking and camping on Nepali villages and hilly region of Nepal, holy Mt. Kailash, Mansorovar Lake, Mountains, driving and camping in Tibet part. This Treks starts from Simikot, which lies in western part of Nepal, This part of Nepal has many untouched natural and Adventurous destinations, which are not totally explored. For this we have to take domestic flight from Nepaljung to Simikot then trek will follow the trails up to Tibet Border crossing villages, Jungle and Rivers for 6 days. This is wilderness trekking trails follow the Karnali River. After crossing Nara-la pass the ways follows steep down to Tibet border called Hilsa.

Day 06 Trek to Yalbang Gompa/ Mochu by the Karnali river
Day 07 Trek to Tumkot Khola/Pani pal bang
Day 08 Trek to Thado Dunga/ Narala Phidi
Day 09 Trek over Nara La Pass (4325 m) to camp at Hilsa /Taklakot
10 Trek half an hour to Sher drive to Taklakot, settle all formalities / Visit LhamoYutok monastery
Day 11 Drive to Manasarovar Lake
Day 12 Explore Manasarovar Lake
Day 13 Drive to Darchen.
Day 14 Trek to Dira Phuk gomba
Day 15 Trek over Dolma La pass [5630m] camp at Khando Shanglham.
Day 16 Trek to Darchen.
Day 17 Explore Seralung, Gyangtak Monastery and drive to Hor
Day 18 Drive to Paryang
Day 19 Drive to Saga
Day 20 Drive to Nyalam
Day 21 Drive to Kathmandu
