2) It believes that nature based lodging offering nature and cultural activity and most importantly we carry necessary kerosene, gas and alternate energy for cooking and heating.

3) We employ extra porter to carry disposal basket to keep the trekking trail free of litters

4) We always try to leave our camp cleaner than we found before. We bury all biodegradable waste materials and carry back non-biodegradable for safe disposal

5) Our Policy is not to camp in ecologically and culturally sensitive areas.

6) We at Botanical Treks respects the cultural values of our entire destination, Taking off shoes inside the family house and religious site are the example of it.

7) Permission is required before taking photographs of sensitive places and people

8) We take responsible for our tour guides, staffs and porters, all of them are well secured and we provide them enough clothing.

9) Camping (Tented) trek includes an experienced guide, chef, kitchen helper, Sherpa and reliable porters; they are fully organized to take care of all the technical and logistical aspect of the trip. All the camping equipment, that includes high quality two people tents with flysheet and snow-in ground sheet, foam pads, sleeping bags and inner lining. You are welcome to bring your own sleeping bag if you want.

10) Tea House (Lodge) trekking includes food and accommodation in local lodges, private ground transportation, guide, porter, trekking permit and National Park entrance fees. The guides and some of the porters' take care of leading the route and carrying the luggage and equipment respectively. As each day comes to an end, the guide will assist you in choosing a Tea House (Lodges), to sleep at, from among those that line along the trails. He will also give you advise on food.

11) Food during the treks is mostly Western style diet based on fresh products. Usually our food on trekking is based on European, Italian, Continental and Nepalese.

12) Botanical Treks & Excursion is not carrying any insurance policy for our clients. We advise our clients to have their own insurance policy, however all of our staff are insured during trekking.
